1)Heart rate Monitoring: The newly introduced ECG function is able to diagnose heart problems like Afib, i.e., irregular heartbeat, PVC, which is an extra heartbeat. This trait can be used directly on the watch, although your phone may need specific conditions for it to work.

This watch is made to track wrist temperature. In order to get correct readings, you should put on the watch for five nights; there should be one of those sessions that lasts for four hours.
3)Quick 60-second health scan:
The One Plus Watch 3 comes with a 60-second health plan. This scan is for healthy hearts, blood vessel elasticity, and sleep snoring. There is a way to view things like blood oxygen levels, which show how much oxygen is there in blood, and ECG data, which measures heart activity to check for any heart problems. Another thing is vascular age, which tells about the health of blood vessels.
4)Health trends and progress:
The app comes with a new health section with two additions:
- There are health insights that show long-term health trends.
- The health journey is about tracking everyday events like steps and sleep.
These traits are expected to be exclusive to one plus watch three at launch. However, some of these features might be available for older models like the Oneplus watch two after some time.
