When the Kardashians were all ready to begin another part of their family show, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” everything was kept secret, even from the producers that were yet to get hired since they were not even informed what they were interviewing for.

The Executive Producer is said to have told Variety that when he was interviewing showrunners, he would not even say what it was about. One of the partners at the production company reports that he had meetings with over 50 potential showrunners in the process but would not reveal that the project was with the Kardashians.

They would tell people that it was about a group of six billionaire businesswomen who are sisters. They would say that that sounds like quite a fascinating family, but they did not think it would be a famous family.

Afterward, Danielle King, an Emmy-nominated producer and reported to have produced several unscripted projects, was selected as showrunner for “The Kardashians,” which premieres Thursday onwards.

King had never met the family, but now she speaks with them multiple times a day. The series stars Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner, and all of them serve as executive producers well.

King reports that they care about the show as they have a fantastic level of professionalism, and they talk openly about how they have signed up to share our lives, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
