As what is depicted in the recently released photos and the synopsis of the episode, the next week’s episode of the Netflix series Riverdale, “Chapter One Hundred and Six: Angels in America,” will have a new element to its time travel Specifically, Tabitha is targeted by Percival Pickens which then results in her being sent back in time.

In the new preview for the upcoming episode, it turns out that Tabitha is not just sent back in time, but time travel is said to be her superpower, which is said to get triggered by being shot by one of Percival’s people. In the preview of the episode, Tabitha can be seen explaining the situation to Jughead (Cole Sprouse), and one gets a glimpse of Tabitha at various points in time.

“The bullet hit me and triggered a time jump,” she announces. After learning that Percival’s plan to reinvigorate Riverdale would lead to Pop’s demise, Tabitha is searching for a new way to fight back.

But when she is targeted by one of Percival’s accomplices, the incident is said to have sent her back in time and searching for the answers. KJ Apa, Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes, Cole Sprouse, Madelaine Petsch, Mädchen Amick, Casey Cott, Vanessa Morgan and Drew Ray Tanner mainly star the show.

Time travel has been the latest and the largest superpower to have been revealed on Riverdale. Archie is invulnerable, Jughead can hear thoughts, Betty can see through people’s auras, and Cheryl seems to have fire powers.

Riverdale airs every Sunday on The CW at 8/7c.
