The 24-year-old rapper has been arrested for trespassing in south Florida on new year’s eve.
As per the reports of Sun-Sentinel, Broward County sheriff deputies said that they came in contact with the rapper on Saturday, 1st Jan 2022. He was arrested in the Golden acres near his hometown Pampano Beach. From where He was sent to the Broward”s county central jail.
Authorities still haven’t clarified the reason behind his arrest.
According to Broward County, trespassing is considered a criminal offense.
The rapper’s real name is Bill Kahan Kapri. He is known by his stage name Kodak Black. He is American by nationality, born and grew up in Pompano Beach, Florida.
This is not the first time when Black was arrested for any offense.
He has been arrested before for other crimes too.
In October 2015, at the beginning of Kodak’s career, when the rapper was only 18 years old, he was arrested for the first time.
In the same year, just after two months, he was charged with keeping drugs with several other offenses in December. He was arrested in St. Lucie for keeping approximately two pounds of marijuana.
In February 2016, Kodak Black was accused of sexual assault of a young woman, probably a teenager, in Florence, South Carolina. He was charged with a criminal offense of sexual misconduct. The case is still pending.

In the same year, in April 2016, Kodak Black was arrested in Hallandale Beach, Florida, and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, and fleeing from officers.
Following the month, in May 2016, he was arrested in Broward County, Florida, and charged with armed robbery and false imprisonment.
Unfortunately, the rapper had to start this new year with police arrest and custody.
