Qualification Information
- Specific qualifications have been kept for each post.
- For General Manager – First Class Graduate or MBA (Marketing/Finance) or CA/CMA.
- For Deputy General Manager and Chief Manager – First Class in B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer or Electronics) subject.
- For Finance related posts – MBA (Finance) or CA/CMA with Graduation in Commerce.
- For Deputy Manager (HR) – Graduation and MBA (HRM/HRD/Labor Welfare).
- 5% relaxation of marks will be given for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.
Age Limit
The age of the candidate varies according to the post. The minimum age for Deputy Manager is 31 years, while the maximum age for General Manager can be up to 41 years. Candidates belonging to reserved category will get relaxation as per the government rules.
Salary Structure
NSIC gives very good salary and facilities to its employees.
- Deputy Manager: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month
- Manager: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month
- Chief Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month
- Deputy General Manager: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month
- General Manager: Salary ranging from ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,20,000

The fee for general candidates is ₹1500/-, which must be paid through NEFT.

The selection of candidates will be done in two stages –
Eligibility Screening
Personal Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Candidates will be selected in a ratio of at least 1:5 for each post.
The candidate’s professional ability, communication skills and experience will be assessed in the interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of merit.
