This time, a total of 210 posts are vacant in Naval Ship Repair Yard, Karwar and Naval Aircraft Yard (Goa) combined.
Karwar:
- One year training – 168 posts
- Two year training – 12 posts
Goa (Dabolim):
- One year training – 30 posts

Eligibility Criteria
- ITI Trades: 10th pass and “pass” with ITI (NCVT/SCVT) certificate is mandatory.
- Non-ITI Trades (Crane Operator, Forger & Heat Treater): 10th pass is mandatory.
- Non-ITI Trade (Rigger): 8th pass is mandatory.
Candidates whose results are in CGPA or Grade, will have to convert it into percentage.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 14 years (for Non-hazardous trades)
- Minimum Age: 18 years (for Hazardous trades)
Age relaxation will be given as per government rules
Salary (Salary Details)
- For ITI pass candidates: ₹9,600 per month
- Crane Operator Overhead: ₹4,100 – ₹9,020 per month
- Forger & Heat Treater: ₹4,100 – ₹9,020 per month
- Rigger: ₹3,400 – ₹7,480 per month

- Merit List (Preliminary):
- ITI Trades: Average of ITI and 10th marks
- Non-ITI Trades: Based on 8th/10th marks
- Written Test:
- Marks: 100
- Time: 2 hours
- Subjects: Mathematics (35), Science (35), General Knowledge (30)
- Languages: Both English and Hindi
- Final Merit List: Will be prepared based on the marks of the written test.
- Final selection will be made only after document verification and medical test.
