Kanye the international star, has begun work on “Donda2,” a follow-up to his certified gold album “Donda” of 2021.
Steven Victor confirmed the development of the album to Complex. The music label founded hip hop star West in 2004. Victor is the chief operating officer of G.O.O.D. He is also the senior vice president of A&R at Universal Music Group.
There is not much detail out yet on the project, but Donda2 will mark the eleventh entry and the first sequel of the album in the rapper’s career if it is completed.
The artist is known for being meticulous in his craft, bluntly to punt release dates to continue reworking his music and leaving behind creative projects in favor of more promising ones. Donda was released surprisingly on august 2021 after a series of high-profile public listening events and last delays.
