The ‘Don’t Go Yet’ pop-singer stars in the overhauled brand’s first bilingual campaign, which can see the former “Fifth Harmony” star speak in both the languages English and Spanish in the new ad campaigns for the “best-selling” perfume.
In a statement, the 25-year-old singer and star have said, “For me, being a “Bombshell” is being and becoming exactly who you are and having and keeping the courage to be able to celebrate who you are, every day. I’m so excited to join the Victoria’s Secret in embracing the secret Bombshell in every woman everywhere.”
The ‘Never say never’ singer was recently photographed by “Zoey Grossman” for the campaign itself, and excluded the “vibrance and confidence”.
“Raúl Martinez”, the Chief Creative Director at the Victoria’s Secret, added that “On set, Camila excluded a presence throughout the day that had no need to be directed – her vibrance and confidence were enough and it shined through organically without any pretense. It was all about a celebration of her and her personality that really brought this fragrance and campaign to life.”
To celebrate the Bombshell of the fragrance collection, Victoria’s Secret is said to have been hosting “The Bombshell Gardens”, which is an immersive scent experience at the High Line of the New York City from the 3rd to the 9th of May.
“Bombshell” is described as a timeless mix of freshly cut exotic fruits. Citrus notes and Brazilian purple passion fruit start the fragrance off with a pretty bright sparkle. The heart of the fragrance blooms with the signature of the Shangri-la peony from Tibet and the creamy-sweet Madagascan vanilla orchid, creating a sweet fruity floral blend.
Victoria’s Secret is seeking to drive a positive change for women around the globe with its “VS Collective”.
The likes of “Priyanka Chopra Jonas”, “Valentina Sampaio” and “Naomi Osaka” have clearly shown their support for the campaign on the post.
