Battlegrounds Mobile India has already made a good start after the ban of PUBG mobile in September 2020. The beta version got a great response on 17th June but seekers are still waiting for the official launch. The Beta version of the new version of PUBG mobile is already installed by lakhs of users using the APK version and from third-party apps.

After a good start of Battleground Mobile India, there is bad news for the users that the new version can also be ban in the coming weeks before the official launch. The controversies are still revolving around the government organisations and communication and IT department.

As many of you might know the reason for the ban of PUBG mobile, therefore the officials said that Battleground Mobile India is also giving data to different countries and leaking the privacy of users. The PUBG Mobile was banned under section 69A of the Information Technology and it might rule to battleground as well.

From the reports, we got that, CAIT- known as Confederation of All India Traders write a letter to Union IT & Communication Minister asking for a Ban of Battleground Mobile India. The letter was written because the game is “not only a threat to national sovereignty and security of India but also harmful for young generations.” Not only this CAIT also mentioned that “We have been informed that despite being marketed as an Indian game, made only for Indian users, but the data will also be transferred to Singapore and other regions and that non-Indians will be applicable to users as governing law. The app will also have multiple features from the banned version,”

As it states many controversies, therefore, Battleground Mobile India responds to the letter on its official website and mentioned: “KRAFTON, Inc., the creator of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA and the owner of the blockbuster IP – PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS, is working to fully comply with the Indian laws and regulations as we lead up to the official launch of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA.”

They also stated that battleground mobile India uses third party apps but make sure that no data is leaked and the privacy of the user is well protected. They also stated that the apps are used to add some more interesting features in the game for the users. Let us hope for the good of Battleground fans.
