One of Bachelor Nation’s own has died.
Clint Arlis, a star of The Bachelorette’s 11th season, died at the age of 34, announced his sister Taylor.
It is with tremendous regret, I inform you that on the morning of January 11th, my family lost my closest friend and elder brother Clint, she posted on Facebook. Please respect our family’s privacy as we attempt to cope with this terrible loss.
Taylor stated that further information on the service will be supplied later, but he did not specify the cause of death.
While Bachelorette fans will remember Clint for his catchphrase “villains must vill,” his co-stars recall him as a “really nice, unusual, and brilliant person,” according to Nick Viall on Twitter.
“I just found out about Clint Arlis’s passing,” the Bachelor star stated. “I got to know Clint a bit better after our time on Kaitlyn’s season, and I always appreciate our time and chats.”
Meanwhile, his family friends saw him as a tough competitor and committed buddy, according to his high school wrestling coach.
Scott Bayer, a Batavia High School coach, died on January 13 and was memorialized on Twitter. “With a heavy heart and tremendous regret, we announce the passing of one of the Batavia Wrestling Program’s all-time greats,” he stated.
Clint befriended contestant JJ Lane before being dumped in week three of his season of The Bachelorette, which aired in 2015. Kaitlyn later accepted Shawn Booth’s proposal, but the couple divorced in 2018.
Bayer described him as the cherished son of teammate coach Tom Arlis and his wife, Jamie. He regarded the architect as a caring and compassionate elder brother to his sister Taylor, as well as his boyhood idol and best friend to his younger brother Logan.
