Adele is reportedly in talks to buy a vast LA mansion currently owned by Sylvester Stallone.

According to TMZ, Adele will purchase the mansion, which is located in the exclusive gated community of Beverly Park, and owned by Sylvester Stallone.

Stallone bought the property in the 1990s, and this mansion features six bedrooms, a whole guest house, nine bathrooms, a gym, an art studio, a sauna, and more.

The LA Times reports that the property initially went on the market for $110 million in early 2020, with its price than cut to $80 million. The report states that Adele is in talks to buy the mansion for $58 million.

Adele’s new album ’30’ broke all records becoming the first record of selling a million copies in the US.

The singer’s long-awaited new album landed in November last year and shot straight to the top of the charts on both sides of the Atlantic, becoming the fastest-selling record of last year.

It became the first album in over a year to reach the milestone in the United States, with Taylor Swift’s ‘Folklore’ the last to sell a million copies in October 2021. ‘Folklore’ was the only album of 2020 to reach the milestone. ‘Lover,’ Swift’s 17th album from 2019, was the only album that sold over a million copies.

2022, meanwhile, will see Adele hold a 12-week residency in LA. The songwriter and singer will perform two shows every weekend at the Colosseum in the Caesars Palace hotel from January 21 to April 16, 2022.

The residency entitled ‘Weekends With Adele’ comes before her two sold-out dates at BST Hyde Park in the UK next summer.
